1. Non-smoking apartment and pets – Smoking is only allowed on the balcony; pets are not permitted.
2. Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud parties are not allowed.
3. Careful handling – Please treat the inventory with care and report any damages immediately.
4. Kitchen – Please leave the kitchen clean and dispose of trash properly.
5. Ventilation – Please ventilate regularly, especially after cooking and showering.
6. Electronic devices – Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.
7. Children – Children must not be left unattended on the balcony.
8. Laundry – Please place used bed linen and towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom.
9. Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM – Please leave the apartment clean.
10. Key handover – The key is in the key safe at the house. Please return it upon departure.
