1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via our website or booking system. They regulate the contractual relationship between Alexej Klass (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Guest").

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the guest submits a binding booking request via the booking system and the provider confirms this. The confirmation is sent by email.

3. Services

The provider makes a holiday apartment available to the guest for use. The description and equipment of the apartment can be found in the respective apartment description on the website.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices indicated include the statutory VAT.
Payment is made according to the modalities specified in the booking system. In general, a deposit or full payment before arrival is required.
In case of default in payment, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

The guest may withdraw from the booking at any time before arrival.
In the event of cancellation, the following rules apply:

• Up to [e.g. 30 days] before arrival: free cancellation possible
• Up to [e.g. 14 days] before arrival: [e.g. 50%] of the booking price as cancellation fee
• Less than [e.g. 14 days] before arrival: full booking price will be charged

Cancellation must be made in writing.

6. Arrival and Departure

The exact arrival and departure times will be communicated to the guest in the booking confirmation.
Late arrivals or early departures do not entitle the guest to a reduction in price.

7. Obligations of the Guest

The guest undertakes to treat the holiday apartment with care and to comply with the house rules.
The guest is liable for any damage caused by themselves or their companions.

8. Liability

The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
The provider accepts no liability for damages or losses of items brought along by the guest.

9. Data Protection

Personal data of the guest will be processed in accordance with the provider's privacy policy.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office.
